I’ll cover everything from strength building to cardio, flexibility, and targeted muscle training, ensuring that you leave feeling accomplished and closer to your goals. Perfect for those who want a focused, extended session to work on specific areas of fitness. This training session is held out of Mel's private training studio in Langford, B.C.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy: - All sessions must be booked in advance to secure your spot. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled session to maximize your workout experience. 2. Cancellation Policy: - 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. - 12-1 Hour Notice: Cancellations made between 14 hours and 1 hour prior to the scheduled session will incur a 25% cancellation fee. - Within 1 Hour of the Session: Cancellations or no-shows within 1 hour of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee (100%). 3. Refunds: - No Refunds on Packages: All purchased training packages are non-refundable. Packages are to be used within the specified time frame outlined during purchase. Sessions that are missed, canceled outside of the allowed window, or left unused at the end of the package period will not be refunded or credited. 4. Liability Waiver: - By purchasing and participating in training sessions, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activity and exercise programs. You agree to release the trainer from any and all liabilities, claims, or demands arising from injuries, accidents, or other issues that may occur during training sessions. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the trainer of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries prior to training.
