We’ll review your progress every two weeks. You’ll submit photos, measurements, and feedback, and I’ll make adjustments to your program as needed to keep you on track.

Stay connected with me through WhatsApp, email, or in the Team Mel Community app for ongoing support, questions, and motivation. You’ll always have direct access when you need guidance or encouragement.

5. Habit Tracking & Accountability
Build lasting habits with daily accountability. Track your steps, water intake, sleep, and other key health markers to ensure your whole lifestyle supports your fitness goals.

6. NEW CLIENTS-ONLY Portal

The Clients-Only portal provides exclusive access to valuable resources such as ebooks, recipes, and informative infographics on hormones, supplements, and training terminology. It also includes meal prep support, links to check-in forms, and feedback surveys, helping clients stay organized and focused on their fitness journey. This evolving section is regularly updated with new content to support progress.

How We Get Started:

Step 1: Introductory Phone Call
It all begins with a 30-minute phone call where I get to know you better—your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. This is our chance to make sure you’re getting the most personalized coaching experience possible. I want to know exactly what you need so we can create a roadmap for your transformation!

Step 2: Consultation Form & Initial Setup
Next, I’ll have you fill out a consultation form, where you can tell me more about your current fitness level, health history, and preferences. You’ll also upload your starting photos and body measurements. Don’t worry—it’s all part of building a program that’s 100% tailored to YOU!

Step 3: Designing Your Custom Program
Once I’ve got all the details, I’ll get to work designing your personalized workout and nutrition plan. This is where the magic happens! I’m going to create a program that not only fits your goals but also pushes you to levels you didn’t think were possible.

Step 4: Final Review & Q&A Call
When your program is ready, we’ll schedule another phone call at your convenience to walk through everything. This is your time to ask questions and get excited! I’ll explain every part of your plan and make sure you feel confident and ready to get started.
